Catherine Jane Brooks, 78, of Ashville, NY, passed away on Monday, Nov. 2, 2026 in her home.

She was born on Oct. 23, 1948 in Jamestown, the daughter of the late Leroy Carl and Betty Jane Bickerstaff Albright.

Catherine worked in real estate sales for 30 years, as well as owned Sweet Water Farm in Ashville. She loved her horses and spending her spare time gardening.

Catherine is survived by her companion, Jeffrey G. Servset; her daughters, Tiffany Jane Nellenback, Jessica Muriel Brooks Bryant and Casey June Brooks Beach; and grandchildren: Alexandria Nellenback, Mickai Nellenback, Kinnor Bryant, Chloe Bryant Pope, Mallory Kenny and Brandon Kenny. Also surviving are brothers, Terry C. Albright, Zane M. Albright and Tag Albright; her sister, Nancy Lou Wares; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Arlene Murial Kane and brother, Gary Albrecht.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov.12th in the Lind Funeral Home, with a time of sharing to begin at 6:30 p.m.
