Daniel M. Hayes, 59, of 165 Chandler Street, died Monday July 29, 2024, in Father Baker Manor, Orchard Park, NY.

He was born March 2, 1965, in Dunkirk, NY, a son of the late Dallas and Myrna Holtz Hayes.

He graduated from Cassadaga Central School, participated in Day Hab through the Resource Center.

He was a former member of Stockton Community Church, and he loved hunting and fishing.

Surviving are siblings Russell (Amy) Hayes of Sherman, Dallas "Mike" (JoAnn) Hayes of Worchester, MA, Pamela Prince of Fredonia, Stephen (Barbara) Hayes of Sherman, Sabrina Gonzalez of Indiana and Tammy Jo of South Carolina.

The funeral will be held at noon Friday in the Lind Funeral Home where friends will be received for one hour prior to the service.

Burial will be in Webster Road Cemetery, Fredonia.
