Obituary

Victoria A. “Vicki” Tremblay Pangborn, 82, of Jamestown, passed away in her home with family at her side on October 20, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Born March 20, 1944, in Warren, PA, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Marie Carlstrom Tremblay.

Vicki attended Warren High School and spent many years as a family daycare provider, caring for children and sharing her love with those around her.

She was truly one of a kind. Sassy, stubborn, a little naughty, and blessed with a heart of gold, she lived her life fully. She had a mischievous streak, a quick wit, and a way of keeping everyone on their toes.

Those who knew Vicki will remember her independent spirit, playful mischief, and enormous heart. She gave her children a lifetime of love, laughter, cherished memories and stories to tell. Her family will carry her memory forward in every shared laugh and every story about the good old days.

She enjoyed spending time with family, playing cards (especially when there were quarters to be won), reminiscing, coloring, making rag rugs, crafting, tending to her beautiful roses, and traveling. She had a special way of turning ordinary moments into lasting memories.

And of course there was Frankie, her beloved dog and constant companion. Her children often joked that he was her favorite child.

Family was at the heart of Vicki’s life. She leaves behind five daughters Terri Chase, Cathy Carlson (Bruce), Cheryl Staples (Richard), Vicki Tracy (Jason), and Julie Worsham (William); her beloved grandchildren Adam Pangborn, Shane Pangborn, Jr. (Lindsay), Stacy Wolff (Josh), Tracy Carlson. Daniel Carlson (Madeline), Cari Hunter, Michael Walrod (Nicole), Katie Caruso (Justin), Richard Staples (Brooke), Kayla Norris, Zachary Norris, Austin Tracy (Angelica), Nathan Galino (Janet), Kelsey Pangborn, Amanda Worsham, Ajae Worsham (Alexa), and Kierah Seekings (Cory); along with 41 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father February 4, 2001; her mother September 12, 2002; her husband Francis Pangborn August 17, 2011, her older sister Bonnie Trawick November 28, 2018,and her younger sister Carol Hahn November 7, 2016.

In accordance with Vicki’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. A celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.
